What should I do if my order does not arrive?
All orders should be dispatched within 5 working days of being placed. We send all orders by Royal Mail 1st class post. You will receive an email stating your order has been dispatched on that day. Occasionally orders get lost in transit. Unfortunately this system has no tracking information. If an item is lost Royal Mail will only confirm this after 15 days has passed since it was originally posted. Until that time we can not offer a replacement or refund. Either option will only be offered when we have received email or written confirmation from you stating you have not received your order. email email@example.com
We pack orders to arrive intact, however breakages do occur. If you receive a broken item please email us a photo of the breakage.We will not send a replacement before seeing a photo of the breakage. All replacements will be posted second class.
Please note we operate normal working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. It is between these hours we will reply to emails and process orders.
